Rockville, MD — March 27, 2025 — Psomagen and Aspect Analytics have entered into a partnership to provide state-of-the-art bioinformatics services to our customers, particularly for spatial multiomic data.
Aspect Analytics’ groundbreaking spatial data analysis services add to the capabilities of Psomagen’s Spatial Biology & Single-Cell Center of Excellence. This branch of Psomagen’s Rockville lab offers a wide array of solutions from 10x Genomics, NanoString Bruker, and other partners, for which Aspect Analytics is a powerful additional capability. Psomagen enhanced its spatial biology portfolio of services during the expansion of its Single Cell and Spatial Center of Excellence located at its Rockville, MD headquarters facilities. It offers 10x Genomics Xenium and Visium HD, as well as the Bruker CosMx platform to support spatial RNA and protein applications. The partnership with Aspect Analytics will give its users additional analysis options - especially those just getting into spatial biology. The Psomagen and Aspect Analytics collaboration will shorten their time to discovery and enhance the customer journey.
Aspect Analytics are providers of the Weave® platform, which offers robust data analysis, collaboration, and visualization capabilities. Historically, spatial multiomic data can be difficult to analyze as a whole. With Weave, multiple spatial datasets can be overlaid and explored individually or together.
